People Around Me

Welcome back to my blog. In the previous post, I have written about my personality and my appearance. Then , I would like to share with you about people around me, such as my family, my friends at campus, and my friends outside campus in this post.

Let me start with my family. I am the eldest child in my family. Praise the Lord, I still have complete parents.  I still have a figure of a father who has responsibility in us and a figure of a mother who takes care of us with love.

Actually, I have two brothers and a sister. However, my youngest brother died when I was in Junior High School. He died at around the age of two or three. He was born in Flores at that time, while I lived in Surabaya. I had planned to go seeing him when I finished my study in Junior High School. If I had gone in Flores when I had a holiday before he died, I would have seen his face and I would have hugged him. However, I still have a brother and a sister. My brother is two years old younger than me, but he is taller than me. He used to live in Flores for 15 years, but he went to Surabaya sometimes. He lives with my uncle in Surabaya now since July 2015. How about my sister, my sister is still in elementary school grade one. Yeah, she is still young.

My parents had hoped for a daughter since a long time ago, especially my father. He hoped getting a daughter for their first child, but they got a son and it was me. Then, my parents' hope was fulfilled in 2010. I could see a happiness at their eyes. The one and only daughter which was their hope for a long time has been fulfilled.
I think that is all the introduction about my family.

Now, I will tell you a bit about my friends. I have many friends at campus, but I do not have any girlfriend. ^-^ They are very friendly. They always help each other when there is someone who needs help. They always make me happy, although sometimes they make me mad too. However, I enjoy it very much. Besides at campus, I join a group of my Church named Connect Group ( CG ). The people at there are amazing. We share our experiences, problems, and some of the miracles that we have got every Sunday. I learn a lot about patient at the group. He, who is the leader at the group, said that we as the children of God have to be patient when temptation come. If we are not patient, we are not different with other temporal human.
